Kayaksurf World Cup 2014 Rulebook

Rules of the Kayaksurf World Cup 2014
... KSWC2014 ...
The creation of a World Cup arised to provide interaction between teams, paddlers and the Association (wska) during those years in which no World Championship is hold.

It will also provide athletes who train along the year in order to attend different competitions all over the world, with a boost of motivation and annual targets.

Each competition should be designed in a way to promote the sport and increase the number of participants.

The event will provide, not only an individual kayaker’s Ranking of 2014, but also a team classification, based on the results of individual athletes.

Therefore, settling one of the World Cup’s competitions on the location where the next World Championship will take place, should be taken into consideration, with the aim of giving an opportunity to know and surf the spot, and to the Organization, to develop better the World Championship.
